She’s opening shows for Katy Perry, Maroon 5 and Coldplay, so it’s safe to assume that Tove Lo might be the next big thing. Especially after seeing her sold-out concert in Berlin’s Astra Kulturhaus last Monday. On record, she sounds like just another teen girl pop sensation. However, covered underneath layers of over-produced electriconic pop, lies buried the heart of a punk rocker. Tattoed, boob-flashing and confessing to staying high all the time, she defintely ain’t no member of the Mickey Mouse Club.
