ELTON JOHN Wonderful Crazy Night – Domplatz – Erfurt, Germany – June 4, 2016

“Don’t shoot Elton, he’s only the piano player!” Quite literally, as this was one of the most difficult to photograph concerts I’ve been to. For most of the concert, I was looking at a marvelously blonde wig hovering over a piano – but no sign of the head that supported it. Thankfully, there was a rush to the stage just before the encores, so I was able to get some close-ups of the Sir. A wonderful crazy night, it was.
